All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantity of any product at any time.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, or promotions without prior notice.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). As a brand just starting, we hope you understand our limitations.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

4. ORDER, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been made, the applicable refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of any delays in delivery, we will keep you posted via email or WhatsApp.

A live tracking link will be shared so you can stay updated on your order status. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns. Exchanges are only available in case the item is not of your liking, the product is torn, or a different product has been delivered.

You must record a video while opening the package. This is required so that, in case an exchange is needed, the process is easy and clear for both of us. Exchanges will not be accepted without an opening video.

Products must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as non-returnable may not be eligible for exchange.

All content on this website, including designs, graphics, logos, text, images, and product artwork, is the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
